Allco Construction was featured in the Reno Gazette-Journal in the September 21, 2015 article, Former Sparks casinos to transform into housing, commercial space, highlighting our role in the redevelopment of two prominent downtown Sparks properties.
The article noted that the former Silver Club Hotel and Bourbon Square Casino were being re-developed into new housing and commercial space by LandCap Investment Partners and GreenStreet Communities, with architects from the Nadel firm and Allco Construction.
The project included the creation of the C Street Lofts, a 100-unit residential community with modern amenities, along with the transformation of Bourbon Square into The Yard, a new destination for restaurants, retail, and office space.
