Project Overview:
Silver Club Apartment Conversion
Located in Downtown Sparks, Nevada, the Square One Apartments (formerly the Silver Club Hotel) represents a remarkable conversion of an existing six-story, 56,000-square-foot hotel into a modern 100-unit multifamily community. The design includes a mix of studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments, blending functionality with urban style to support the revitalization of Victorian Square.
This multi-phase design-build project involved the complete demolition and reconstruction of the interior, along with detailed exterior improvements such as architectural refinements, painting, new asphalt overlay, patio and barbecue areas, and the installation of concrete and wrought-iron fencing.
Architectural design was led by Kelly Mier, with working drawings provided by Hi-Sun Business Solutions, Allco’s in-house drafting partner.
The Square One Apartments project stands as a testament to Allco’s ability to manage complex adaptive reuse projects, deliver exceptional quality, and collaborate effectively with owners, architects, and trade partners to bring new life to landmark properties.
