Project Overview
Allco Construction completed an extensive remodel and modernization of the Paradise Suites, elevating the property to a new standard of luxury hospitality. The project required careful coordination across multiple active towers and phases, presenting complex scheduling and operational challenges.
Allco addressed this through a strategic phased approach, aligning trades, timelines, and systems integration to maintain efficiency and consistency throughout construction. The result is a fully transformed environment featuring advanced smart systems, premium finishes, and refined design elements that deliver a cohesive, high-end guest experience across suites and retail spaces.
Tower 2 – Floors 3–18, Rooms 17–32
January 3, 2023 – May 23, 2023
A 256-room interior finish remodel completed over 16 floors within 140 days. Scope included full demolition and reconstruction with new drywall, paint, wallpaper, electrical, plumbing, millwork, shower tile and glass, carpet, and doors. The project was delivered on schedule and on budget.
The Shoppes & Luxury Boutique Shop
A complete retrofit of existing gift shops into a high-end retail experience. Custom millwork, lighting, and tile were designed and installed to create an elevated environment comparable to luxury retail destinations. Awarded 4 Diamond distinction.
Tower 2 – Floors 3–18, Rooms 33–36
Targeted retrofit of additional rooms, upgrading finishes, plumbing, electrical systems, and amenities to align with the newly modernized suites.
Tower 3 – Floors 18–25, Rooms 38–53 “Concierge Tower”
A continuation of the modernization program focused on concierge-level suites. The project includes full upgrades to finishes, systems, and guest experience features. Construction Timeline: January 3, 2024 – May 24, 2024
