Project Overview
The Ormsby House renovation involved the restoration of a well-known hotel and casino in Carson City, Nevada. Spanning ten stories and 220 rooms, the project required organized execution, skilled craftsmanship, and strong coordination across multiple scopes of work.

The project was executed with a hands-on construction approach focused on room-by-room progress, labor coordination, and dependable workmanship. Approximately 60 self-performing personnel were managed on-site, in addition to other coordinated trades, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
