Project Overview
Formerly known as The Hacienda, Hoover Dam Lodge underwent a major transformation that modernized both public spaces and guest accommodations. Designed with a rustic lodge aesthetic inspired by Boulder City, the project combined hospitality upgrades, gaming improvements, and room renovations to create a refreshed and memorable guest experience.
Challenge
Renovating a large hotel and casino property required detailed phasing, efficient scheduling, and close coordination across multiple active areas. The project needed to upgrade guest-facing spaces, gaming areas, and tower rooms while maintaining operational continuity and preserving the property’s unique identity.
Approach
Allco Construction delivered the project through a coordinated design-build approach, integrating in-house design expertise with disciplined field execution. By managing multiple renovation zones simultaneously and maintaining strong quality control, the team successfully modernized the property from the gaming floor to the upper guest room levels.
