The Rustic Revival of a Boulder City Landmark
The transformation of the former Hacienda into this lodge-style retreat successfully blends a cozy, mountain-inn aesthetic with modern gaming luxury. Through a comprehensive Design-Build approach, the project revitalized over 350 guest rooms and bathrooms while overhauling the 20,000 square foot gaming floor. Key enhancements included the addition of a dedicated Player’s Club, a centrally located Island Bar, and the integration of a Dotty’s within the casino.
Beyond the gaming floor, the remodel extended to the café and convenience store, ensuring every corner of the property aligns with the traditional architectural style of Boulder City.
