Project Overview
Waterfront Apartments is a landmark luxury multi-family development located along the Sparks Marina. Designed to combine upscale living, premium amenities, and iconic waterfront views, the project transformed an underutilized site into one of the region’s most desirable residential communities.
Challenge
Taking over a $43 million plus project already in progress required immediate leadership, coordination, and schedule recovery. The development also involved transforming a long-abandoned parking structure into a high-end residential community while maintaining quality, safety, and momentum throughout construction.
Approach
Chosen once again by Guardian Investment Capital and LandCap Investment Partners, Allco Construction stepped in as General Contractor to bring the project to full completion. Through hands-on management, disciplined scheduling, and close coordination with trade partners, the team successfully realigned the build and maintained the standards expected of a luxury waterfront development.
