Project Overview
Allco Construction played a key role in converting an 80,000 square foot warehouse into Casino Fandango, a fully operational gaming and entertainment facility. The project required rapid execution, coordination across multiple trades, and the ability to deliver high-end finishes within strict schedule and budget constraints.
Allco approached the project with strong field leadership, large-scale crew coordination, and disciplined planning to maintain momentum across all scopes. The result is a fully realized entertainment destination that has been recognized as one of Carson City’s premier venues.
Fandango Casino
The core of the project involved transforming a former Supply One Home Supply store into a fully functioning casino. The facility includes over 42,000 square feet of gaming space, a digital movie theater, multiple restaurants, and a performance complex. Extensive interior construction was required to convert the industrial structure into a high-end hospitality environment, with Allco overseeing and performing key systems including framing, drywall, taping, and texturing while coordinating all interior trades.
Duke’s Steakhouse Interior
As part of the casino development, Duke’s Steakhouse was constructed as a high-end dining experience designed to complement the overall entertainment environment. The interior features refined finishes, custom millwork, and carefully designed lighting to create an upscale atmosphere. The restaurant has since been recognized as one of the premier dining destinations in Northern Nevada.
Fandango Casino Parking Structure
Allco also completed the parking structure for the development, managing all trades from foundation through final completion. This scope required full coordination of structural, mechanical, and site elements to deliver a functional and efficient parking solution supporting the casino’s operations and visitor capacity.
