Project Overview
Allco Construction completed a full retrofit of the 26th and 27th floor penthouse suites, transforming the spaces into luxury accommodations designed for premier hospitality. The suites feature advanced smart controls, heated flooring systems, and carefully curated interiors that combine openness, elegance, and modern functionality.
In addition to the penthouse upgrades, Allco executed a complete overhaul of the basement bakery refrigeration systems. This included replacing existing walk-in coolers and installing a new condenser unit on the roof, ensuring reliable and efficient performance for back-of-house operations.
