Project Overview
Allco Construction has completed an extensive portfolio of projects for Dotty’s and affiliated brands throughout Northern and Southern Nevada. The relationship includes façade redevelopments, tenant improvements, fast-track remodels, casino conversions, and new gaming environments. From single-site renovations to large multi-location rollouts, Allco has consistently delivered high-quality results while meeting demanding schedules and operational requirements.
Fort Cheyenne Façade
Completed in North Las Vegas, this 39,000 square foot exterior redevelopment transformed the former Fort Cheyenne Casino & Event Center. Scope included demolition, entrance build-outs, roofing, site concrete, asphalt, striping, structural reframing, and new rooftop HVAC systems, creating a refreshed commercial destination.
Dotty’s & La Villita at Fort Cheyenne
Following the façade improvements, Allco delivered two full interior tenant improvements within the same property, creating a Dotty’s tavern and La Villita casino. Work included complete demolition to shell condition and full reconstruction with new framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, finishes, millwork, equipment, and lighting.
Tenant Improvements
Allco completed numerous new Dotty’s tenant improvement projects across Nevada, with locations ranging from 3,500 to 8,500 square feet. These projects included demolition, upgraded mechanical and electrical systems, lighting, flooring, casework, doors, hardware, and full interior finishes for new gaming and hospitality locations.
Remodels
To maintain compliance with Nevada gaming regulations, Allco completed remodels at multiple Dotty’s stores during accelerated 72 to 96 hour shutdown periods. Renovations included floor plan revisions, casework, ceilings, flooring, and mechanical and electrical upgrades, all carefully coordinated to minimize downtime.
La Villita Casino
In Henderson, Allco converted a former Terrible’s Casino & Bowl into a new 4,800 square foot La Villita Casino. The project included demolition to shell condition, complete interior reconstruction, new roof systems, parapet detailing, exterior stucco, and high-quality interior finishes throughout.
