Robert Herman is the founder and owner of Allco Construction, Inc., where he provides strategic vision, leadership, and oversight across all phases of project delivery, from planning and design to construction and completion.

With a hands-on management style, Robert ensures that every project reflects Allco’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. His deep understanding of design-build processes consistently translates into substantial cost savings and visually striking, financially feasible results for clients.

Experience That Builds Confidence

Before founding Allco in 2006, Robert led the Reno division of DAW, Inc., where he built the operation from the ground up by recruiting teams, managing multimillion-dollar projects, and contributing to high-profile designs such as the Boomtown façade. He later established Dryco, Inc., a framing and drywall company recognized for successfully executing complex, large-scale projects.

Over his career, Robert has managed hundreds of employees and overseen major developments throughout Nevada, consistently delivering projects on time and often ahead of schedule. His ability to turn around challenging or delayed builds, combined with expertise in estimating, production tracking, and strategic planning, has positioned Allco as a trusted leader in Nevada’s construction industry.

Eden Towers is a modern Allco Design Build project offering luxury amenities and unique floor plans. Designed for traveling nurses and contract workers, it features secured parking, a rooftop deck, and a central location near Downtown Reno.

Project Valuation: $7.6 Million

The Retreat is a hillside residential community featuring 230 apartment units, 53 townhomes, and two clubhouses with panoramic views of Reno and the Sierras. Allco managed the apartments from civil through completion and completed the townhomes as a vertical construction takeover.

Project Valuation: $58.8 Million

Ground-up construction of a 177-unit Extended Stay America Premier Hotel, delivered in collaboration with local ownership and ESA’s corporate team. The project was recognized by ESA for exceptional quality and on-time delivery.

Ground-up construction of a five-story, 209-unit apartment community wrapping the Sparks Marina, offering luxury living with iconic waterfront views. The project includes modern amenities and thoughtfully designed residences that maximize the site’s unique location.

Ground-up construction of eight three-story buildings totaling 288 apartment units, including a clubhouse and carports, delivering a full-scale residential community. The development features contemporary finishes and amenities designed for comfort and everyday living.
