Project Overview
The Palladio Condominiums was a troubled 13-story development that became the foundation of Allco Construction in 2006. Selected by the court-appointed receiver and Merrill Lynch to complete the project, Allco successfully delivered the tower, upgraded multiple luxury units, and helped accelerate unit sales through quality execution and schedule recovery.
Challenge
Taking over an incomplete high-rise condominium project required immediate leadership, recovery planning, and precise coordination across multiple trades. The project demanded schedule control, quality finishes, and the confidence of stakeholders during a critical phase of development.
Approach
Allco Construction stepped in as General Contractor and reestablished momentum through disciplined project management, strong field supervision, and hands-on coordination. In addition to completing the core development, the team delivered upgrades to several high-end residences while maintaining progress toward final completion.
