Project Overview
The Retreat is a recently completed residential development in Reno featuring apartment homes, townhomes, and premium community amenities. Built in a prime elevated location, the project showcases Allco’s ability to manage large-scale developments from sitework through final completion while successfully taking over and finishing challenging scopes of work.
Challenge
Delivering a large multi-phase residential project on a hillside site required detailed planning, strong coordination, and disciplined execution. The added complexity of taking over the townhome vertical construction from another contractor demanded immediate leadership and schedule recovery.
Approach
Allco Construction managed the apartment portion from civil construction through final completion while also stepping in to lead the townhome phase. Through hands-on supervision, trade coordination, and consistent quality control, the team successfully aligned multiple scopes of work into one cohesive community.
